Midwest Success opened it doors in early 2000, each of the three partners has a wealth of recruiting expertise and have merged their ideas to realize a combined vision where each play an instrumental part. Midwest Success is designed to be the first niche market supplier to operate as a high volume, low margin business that could easily partner with the corporate buying community and help them administer "best practice" buying ideals. THE SUPPLY
Midwest Success has one of the largest databases of candidates, consultants and technicians in the United States. We have an organized group of suppliers that bid different positions for many different national accounts. By using this simple bidding process, we always get the most competitive rates for consultants, allowing us to offer our clients the best possible people at the best market value. By using this system, we can also offer our clients the most diverse group of consultants for any niche project, for any length of time, anywhere in the world. We offer contract labor for every segment of the market from Oracle Database Administrators to Network Engineers to Java Architects to Ariba Programmers. We also like to develop independent contractors to effectively provide expertise in the industry.
THE DEMAND
Our customers provide us with several opportunities to fill and maintain their contract labor needs. We are known throughout the industry for the ability to provide the best labor solutions for an ever-growing contract labor segment of the IT economy. We also use our resources to provide these results under any time constraints; usually having a turnaround time of less than 24 hours to fill any need that one of our clients may have. We are also documented on approved supplier lists for several national companies. This affords our supplier companies certain opportunities to make placements in companies where they ordinarily wouldn’t have access.
